Agile Transformation

Agile Transformation includes any and all activities associated with helping your organization learn, adopt, and transition to an efficient, effective, and high-functioning agile environment.  The roles I can play in your organization or on your team include the following:

Scrum Master: Work with the team, customer, and leadership to introduce Agile elements that support the needs of the team.  Within this role, I will introduce the team and its associated stakeholders to the appropriate Agile practice for them.  I'll diligently adhere to the Agile and organizational processes through effective facilitation and consistent communication to ensure all members remain dedicated to the process and contribute consistently to continuous improvement techniques. 

Agile Coach: Perhaps you have Agile trained employees and cross-functional teams who support your company's or organization's mission.  At times, even high-functioning teams experience breakdowns that an outsider can help rebuild. As an Agile Coach, I'll work with your employees, stakeholders, team members, and leadership to understand the Agile framework and to improve upon any current Agile practices in place, including Scaled Agile.

Product Manager: Your customers are the best source of information for product improvement, as such, having a liaison who speaks the language of the customer and can translate that into functional steps for the delivery team is a crucial role I can fill. With over a decade of product leadership experience, I can help your organization receive higher reviews from customers while simultaneously experiencing more loyalty from staff.
